How?
It’s very easy. All you have to do is pause at 11:11 each morning and know that you are pausing at the same moment as thousands of other people all over the world.
What is the purpose of pausing?
Ultimately it’s to create a peaceful world. We are all connected. By pausing at the same time as each other, we can have a profound effect on the world.
But what if we’re all on different time zones?
Then a wave of Oneness is sent around the earth as each time zone pauses.
What do I do when I pause?
Try and be in the moment. Recognise that at this time (11:11) you are connecting with other Eleveners. You are connecting with other people who are pausing for world peace. Know that this simple act will make a difference.
What if I forget?
Don’t worry. Eventually it’ll become a habit. Even then, you might forget sometimes. But every time you DO remember, know that you’re helping to create a peaceful world.
Do I have to sign up or enrol to become an Elevener?
No.
How long do I pause for?
One minute. That’s all. But pause for longer if you like. And some people pause at 11:11am, 1:11pm and 11:11pm. It’s up to you.
I’m at work at 11:11am so I can’t pause.
Are you sure? If you’re in an office maybe you could ALL pause. One minute from the day to promote world peace? I’m sure your boss might allow that to happen. But if not, then maybe you could pause at 1:11pm or 11:11pm instead.

Mercury retrograde is a maintenance period, perfect for revisiting everything one has not gotten to in the last several months. The planet Mercury is associated with the god mercury/ Hermes who is the ‘god of the unexpected’ and divine coincidences. Hermes/Mercury is the creator of new and sacred spaces.
Mercury retrograde is inevitable regardless of our best-laid plans; we might just get a taste of unexpected luck in a serendipitous coyote medicine type of way. Mercury makes us go to the picnic in the pouring rain and have a great time. It asks us to be fluid in our day and remain flexible, having as many backup plans as it takes. Whenever things seem ’stuck,’ Mercury/Hermes introduces fluid movement laced with little chunks of surprise. Mercury retro is all about getting unstuck in thought deed and dreams forgotten. Some people are resisting the awakening to their higher self… some are fearing the change that is actually here to help and enhance the mind, body and spirit. RESISTANCE IS DISCOMFORT…
perhaps on its way out.
Discomfort is charged energy.
THE WAY IT IS… IS… THE WAY OUT.
The good news is the discomfort can be on
its way out… if you allow it.

THE INFANT SOUL
INFANT SOULS choose lessons of physical survival. They live in simple situations that include intense experiences - famine, plagues, floods, wars, oppression, etc. They don’t know the difference between right and wrong, though they can be taught to be decent human beings. They don’t usually seek higher education and often don’t seek employment, as such. Infant souls don’t question authority and willingly adopt the religion of their parents as is.
THE BABY SOUL
BABY SOULS display less fear than infant souls and are more
sophisticated. But they tend to over apply rules. Black is black as far as they’re concerned. Their strong early beliefs remain fixed in their minds, regardless of lack of their wisdom or tolerance. Baby souls love to become big fish in their little puddles…but hate being opposed. Because of this they may spend much time in litigation. Baby souls don’t spend time navel-gazing into their own lives. They’re often “good students” that learn “proper subjects,” and are attracted to fundamentalist religions.
THE YOUNG SOUL
YOUNG SOULS are the “Donald Trumps” of the world…the movers and shakers. They usually set the bar too high for themselves. Achievement is paramount. They chase after what they believe will bring success without ever stopping to think why - because they’re so limited in their perception. They fear death and must have all the toys, experiences, fame and money they can possibly accumulate before they die. They are designers of civilization. Young souls usually seek higher education and graduate-level degrees. Their views of orthodoxy are at one end of the spectrum or the other. Monks and nuns are at one end and a belief in total sexual freedom, the other. They have difficulty with insight into other people’s behaviour.
THE MATURE SOUL
MATURE SOULS challenge the young soul’s desire to “have it all.” It is a hard cycle that demands seeking answers to life’s tough questions. They are attracted to gentler faiths, such as Quaker, Unitarian, or Buddhist. Mature souls are not as open to the occult as old souls. They look for and question the motivation for all of life’s actions. They often continue with inappropriate relationships - perhaps believing that through self-sacrifice, or tough lessons they will ultimately prevail. Often they can’t shake their sense of duty. Mature souls suffer from stress related illness that sometimes results in schizophrenia, psychosis and a higher suicide rate than other souls. [Cayce emphasized the role that `stress' plays in not only physical illnesses but also mental illnesses; he believed it was `stress' that wrecked havoc on the brain chemistry/balance]. But they’re smart enough to seek professional help without urging. Mature souls often make huge contributions to knowledge - particularly philosophical and scientific. But altogether they don’t necessarily have the drive for fame, many still achieve it. They’re emotionally high maintenance.
THE OLD SOUL
OLD SOULS live and let live. They seek the route of least
resistance…they’re individualistic and usually easy going. They have an inner knowing of the waste of time in pursuing fame and fortune and therefore create the appearance of being “laid back.” Old souls are highly competent - even in roles they don’t particularly like. They tend to choose work that is pleasant and undemanding, leaving them free to pursue their desired goals easily…unless the job adds to the spiritual search. They may or may not seek higher education… but definitely will seek it if they sense it’s needed for their chosen path. Old souls create confidence in animals. And their choice of medical care tends to be alternative and holistic. Old souls are here to teach others their spiritual understandings. Their philosophies and writings are simple and easy to read. Old souls religion is far reaching and has no label. A grove of trees is a sacred place to them. They seldom cling to dogma and prefer personal spiritual practices. However, old souls are wise enough to be discreet in their religious practices and know how to pass in public undetected. They focus on searching for the spiritual truth and have a finer sense of knowing what is true than any other souls level. Old souls all over the world share the experience of emptiness and a longing for that feeling of home.

Our first day of a new year, or is it something we have been led to believe to be real? Shall we burst the bubble to expose something new to you, or has this always been there, and we are all now awakening to the truths…?
There are people who are searching for truth and direction, and there are others who are asleep clueless to what is happening worldwide. Over the last few years, something massive has happened, and people are now coming together in the millions with the mass awakening that is happening around the world to embrace this change.
Mother Earth is preparing us all for 2012, and the thing is she has been for many years, it’s just that some are not ready, and there are others that haven’t been paying attention to her calling.
Did you know there are Thirteen Zodiac Signs and not Twelve, and the Twelve Monthly Calendar is not in alignment with the Universal time calendar that we as beings are all a part of?
If you are sitting there thinking I am not sure what we are showing you, then don’t worry, our work with many others around the world will be exposing this knowledge to you. This note will continue over the next month sharing our wisdom with many other teachers who wish to share with you also.
We are ready to share the truth about 2012, and to share the truth about the Mayan Calendar and Universal Time.
We are freely giving everyone the opportunity to learn to understand what 2012 means. Mark, myself and many other teachers around the WORLD shall be speaking clearly to all about its importance this year. We are doing this because we know this is something that should be shared with everyone, who is willing to open up their minds to explore the truths about who we are as beings, and what REALLY is going on worldwide. We know that everyone is part of this process, and we are also aware that every soul, being on Planet Earth is important.
There was mass of exposure last year especially with everyone talking about The Law of Attraction, and how to manifest your dreams, but there aren’t many people talking about 2012, and its importance of the awakening that is happening with Planet Earth, and all beings that are evolving with her.
This is why people like Mark, myself and many others around the world are here. We know what is happening, and we know we need to face others who are not aware of what is going on.
There really isn’t any more time to waste, so we are just going to explain the best we can with our divine wisdom of this knowledge. Everyone is starting to face the fact that change is here, and its here to stay for a very special and important reason. We are aware though that many have never been shown this information, so how would you understand?
Keeping it simple: All individuals will be touched, and will be working with the understanding of the universal laws way before 2012. If you don’t see it now, you soon will be experiencing some own personal changes. People will be sent tasks until they understand Mother Earths divine message, and the change will come within from all. To be clear to all those who are less aware, the exposure of what is happening on earth now is all happening under the universal laws, and it’s the universal laws that are exposing them self as we speak. Mother Earth is changing and is becoming much clearer of how she is direction us all. The change is happening faster and faster every day. If you think that time has speeded up then you are right, as earth time is excelling speed and the truth that has been hidden to all beings with it.
Mother Earth is now speaking through all like never before. She is calming back what is rightfully hers, and we are all part of the universal truth process. Everything will soon be exposed for all to see and feel, nothing will escape this change, as we are the earth and are all connected to it as one source of energy.
We will be focusing on love and light for 2009 to move forward in preparation for 2012.
Our outspoken mission for 2009 will continue to excelling our message of unconditional love and truth of the universal laws. To heal ourselves to help heal each other, and all those who are attracted to us. To help those who have awoken and are longing ready for change. To embrace those who are setting up the new age system that works for all. As the old systems gently fade away, the new systems are being embraced by millions around the world.
Whilst there are many who try to help change the world, the question is, what do we as individuals want? Mother Earth is working in perfect order, and we were not born to fix her or change her, we were born to experience the beauty she shares with all.
Mother Earth started a program long ago, detoxifying in a physical, emotional way to dispose the poisons we humans have dumped into her. We are all now clearly experiencing the program by the massive earthquakes, volcanoes, floods, and the financial crash that are taking place, which is all part of her process. This is her way of cleansing the planet, and this shall continue until the cleansing is complete. She is preparing and evolving just how she should be, and with it we are also evolving and growing with her. Mother Earth has bigger plans for us, and we are all moving through something truly amazing, now and the future build up to 2012. We really need to pay attention to our own individual callings, as everyone now and in the future counts.
Indigo Adults/Children, Old Souls, Light Workers, Star Children, are all now set in position worldwide, helping others who are awakening in the 3 dimensional material world. Those who are working in higher dimensions are also helping those in the 4th and 5th dimension. These people are now clearly connecting and communicating on a daily basis. You will know who they are as their light will shine, and your energy will feel connected to them instantly. This next shift will be easy for those who understand what is happening, as the new energy/frequency will gently flow through the individuals who no longer resist the change. Everything will flow and the transition will flow for all who surrender to allow the love and light to heal.
The awakening of her message is well on its way, and souls around the world are now looking within as planned. This is only a tiny part of exposure of what is really happening with our planet, but in time we trust you shall all see. We also trust those who are listening who are awake, and who are ready to embrace all those who are in need of direction. The next wave of change is on its way, but don’t worry if you are worried of how you fit into all of this, there are many around you now who will show you.
Last year was successful in every way possible. Everything that happened was working in perfect order. There was a lot of change worldwide with mass individuals who were awoken perfectly timed to see and help embrace the new future for all to embrace. They were sent to people like us to help them understand and to heal their fears.
These souls we know are here to help support the bigger worldwide mission. They know how important their energy is to all who surrounds them. They are also aware their divine light will be pumped with extra energy and love to help those who are in need of their help. They were born for this moment, and this is their chosen path.
You should be aware of who they are by now by the truth they are exposing to you and everyone here on Facebook. This energy, their words are translating to all through a different dimension. Trust that it is a gift and appreciate the time and energy they are sharing with you. They know what is required to shift everyone to seeing the truth, so please try not to judge them, for their words, their time is divine and a very special gift to you.
